We are based within the 225 Club Gym (we have a door to the left of the gym’s main door). When you arrive, please press the buzzer on the door and you will be let in - if your therapist is still with a patient, please take a seat in the waiting area (upstairs, on the right hand side).

There is limited parking directly outside the clinic - if parking there in unavailable, there is 2 hours free parking in Waitrose (a couple of minutes walk) or Hollyhedge car park is also close by.

Please contact us to book all Bupa UK appointments - these are not available to book online. We will need your Bupa membership number & authorisation code in order to book your appointments. We will invoice Bupa UK directly on your behalf.

Appointments covered by Cigna, Bupa Global, AXA Global, Vitality, and WPA can be booked as regular private appointments (available to book online).
Payment is required after your session, and we’ll provide an invoice so you can claim reimbursement directly from your insurer.For all other insurance providers, please contact your insurer before booking. Please note that Nicola Finn and Natalie Smyth are non-network specialists, which means you’ll need to check with your insurance company whether they can reimburse part or all of the session fees. Some insurers may not cover the full amount.
